Depending on the amount of time spent at this vacation spot would determine which type of property the person would invest in.

Before investing in vacation real estate, it is imperative to determine just how much time will be spent there. After all, it would be pointless to buy a beautiful cottage that is going to be used only once a year. In this case, perhaps it would be smarter to invest in a timeshare.
